-Partial payments are non-refundable, so please be sure before committing.

You will receive the PSD file of your commission via email once it’s finished (this doesn't apply to certain commissions, please ask if its ok). Please make sure to save this file, as I won’t keep a backup.
-You are allowed to edit or work on the file for personal use.
-Do not use the file as a base for other works or for commissions unless you’ve commissioned a base directly from me.
☆Adoptables & Character Designs☆
> ✦ The Short Version: Once you buy or receive a design from me, it is yours to use, edit, and enjoy! These rules are here just to keep things clear and transparent for everyone.---✧ 1. Usage, Redesigns & Crediting- Ownership Freedom: You own the character! Feel free to assign gender, backstory, species, body type, or personality.
- Redesigns & Edits: You may redesign the character as much as you like (change colors, patterns, outfits, etc.).
(Note: Please do not split a redesigned character into two separate designs to sell or trade individually).
- Redesign vs. New Character: If you do a heavy redesign, feel free to add yourself to the design credits alongside me! If you’re unsure whether your changes count as an edit or a new character inspired by my design, feel free to ask me (or a friend). Inspired designs are fine—just please don’t make a blatant copy and claim it’s original!
- Crediting Rules: You don't need to tag or mention me in every single post or piece of art you publish! Just keep me credited on Toyhouse/character hubs as the original designer, and if someone directly asks who made the original design, refer them to me.---✧ 2. Artwork Rights & Commercial Use- Standard Personal Use: With a standard purchase, you own the character design for personal use (drawing them, commissioning art, personal stories). I reserve rights to showcase the original artwork in my portfolio. My original art file can be used on Toyhouse or as a profile picture, but cannot be printed onto physical products/merch to sell for profit without commercial rights.
- Commercial Use (+40% Fee): If you want to use the design OR my original artwork file for commercial purposes (merch, physical prints, stickers, games, VTubing, indie comics, etc.), you must pay an additional 40% of the character's base value/purchase price. Once paid, you have full commercial rights to use both the character and the original artwork!
(Example: A $50 character + $20 commercial fee = $70 total).
- AI Restrictions: My artwork and designs may never be uploaded to AI generators, datasets, or used for any AI/NFT technology.---✧ 3. Reselling, Trading & Value- Reselling: You can resell, trade, or gift the design at any time.
- Base Value: You can sell the character for its base price (what you paid, or $0 if received via raffle/gift).
- Adding Value: You may increase the resale price if additional art has been created or commissioned for the character.
- Toyhouse & Character Pages: Please do not delete the original Toyhouse page! If possible, I prefer that you don't fully hide/private the character so I can occasionally check up on how my old designs are doing! This isn't strictly mandatory, but it's very much appreciated.---✧ 4. Payment & Holds- Payment Holds: If you don’t have the money right away, I can hold a design on a waiting list for up to 1 week.
- Revoking Policy: I will NEVER revoke or take back a design once transferred. Ownership is yours! The only rare exception is in cases of complete non-payment or a PayPal chargeback.
- Blacklisting: If rules are deliberately broken, I will not take the character away, but I reserve the right to privately blacklist the user from future purchases.---✧ 5. Personal Preferences & Boundaries
(Strong personal boundaries and requests from me as the creator)- NSFW Boundaries:
- Child / Cub / Minor NSFW: Absolutely NO NSFW content of underage, cub, or child characters under any circumstances.
- Feral Designs: Please do not draw or commission NSFW art of feral/animal/MLP designs while in feral form. If converted into an anthro/humanoid form, NSFW is okay!- Co-Ownership & Trade-Locking: Once you buy it, it’s your character to manage. However, I personally dislike co-ownership and trade-locking, and I prefer that you avoid doing this if possible!---✧ 6. T.O.S. Updates- These terms are subject to change, update, or further clarification in the future to keep things accurate and clear! Any updates will apply to future interactions, but the core ownership of designs you already own will always remain protected.---> ✉️ Need Clarification?
