I may work on other art/projects while completing your commission, but your piece will still be delivered within the agreed time.☆ Payment
Full payment upfront via PayPal invoice (you’ll need to provide your email).
-Invoice will include PayPal tax added to the original price.
-Work will only start after payment is received.
-Daily/regular updates will be provided through Trello or personal chat.
-Partial payments are non-refundable, so please be sure before committing.

I hold the right to show or post the finished work in my portfolio/socials unless you request otherwise.☆ Revisions
-Up to 3 free changes are included.

-Updates will be posted on Trello or sent via direct chat.
-For edits, please use a communication platform that’s easy for both of us.☆ Files & Editing
You will receive the PSD file of your commission via email once it’s finished (this doesn't apply to certain commissions, please ask if its ok). Please make sure to save this file, as I won’t keep a backup.
-You are allowed to edit or work on the file for personal use.
-Do not use the file as a base for other works or for commissions unless you’ve commissioned a base directly from me.

✧ Ownership & Usage
-With purchase of a design from me — either premade (adopt), custom commission, or Ko-fi request — you own all character rights.
-I still reserve some rights to the original artwork/design (for portfolio/showcasing).
-You can edit the artwork itself if you’d like, except in cases where the design was made on a base.✧ Payment
-If you don’t have the money right away, I can hold a design on a waiting list for up to 1 week.
-If you’re ready to purchase, you must provide an email so I can send a PayPal invoice.✧ Credit
-Always credit me as the original creator when using/posting the design.
-Do not claim the design as your own creation.✧ Resale/Trading
-You may do whatever you'd like, but be fair/understanding with prices and worth.✧ Editing & Redesigning
-You are free to do whatever you’d like with the design.
-For big redesigns, you’re free to add yourself as a co-designer — but please don’t remove me as the original creator.
-If you have art from me (sketches, finished pieces, etc.) that you’d like to change/edit/finish, you are free to do so — just credit me <3.
-Feel free to ask me for the original files if you want to edit the design or artwork.
-Please don’t use my files/artwork as a base for other OCs/designs — edits are only allowed for the specific design you purchased.✧ Refunds & Returns
